About the role
We are looking for a remote Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative to join Summit Event Rentals. You will handle inbound calls from customers planning events across the Houston area, provide quotes, and convert leads into booked orders.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from event planners and provide product information.
- Quote pricing, answer questions, and turn leads into paying customers.
- Support existing customers with reservation updates and changes.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure smooth delivery and setup.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Warm, confident phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace.
- Previous customer service or sales experience with a US‑based company (preferred).
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary of $1,000 USD per month.
- Commission structure with realistic total earnings of $1,200–$1,300+ USD per month.
- Schedule: Friday through Tuesday, US business hours, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off.
- Fully remote work arrangement.
