Remote LLM Agentic Trainer (Programming)

About the role

Turing is looking for a remote LLM Agentic Trainer with strong programming skills to validate and improve training data for agentic AI systems. You will work closely with AI researchers to ensure datasets are accurate, consistent, and ready for cutting‑edge model development.

Key responsibilities

• Validate large‑scale training datasets and enforce strict quality standards.
• Create, manipulate, and structure JSON tasks for function‑calling workflows.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to align data with agentic use cases.
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple projects.
• Contribute to documentation and best‑practice guides for dataset preparation.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or any comparable programming language for data handling.
• Solid understanding of SQL for querying and managing datasets.
• Expertise in handling JSON structures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and focus on data quality.
• Interest or exposure to agentic AI, large language models, or NLP best practices.
• Bonus: experience with data annotation tools or prompt engineering for agentic AI.
