Residential Projects Lead - Gujarati/Hindu Speaking

About the role

The Residential Projects Lead will drive the acquisition and development of high‑value residential projects for Kaziweza Limited. The role focuses on building executive‑level relationships with developers, investors and consultants, and delivering solution‑based selling to secure long‑term contracts. Fluency in Gujarati and an understanding of Hindu cultural nuances are essential for engaging target clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for key residential developers and large‑scale property accounts.
• Establish and maintain executive‑level relationships with developers, investors, architects, contractors and consultants.
• Engage stakeholders early in project cycles to influence appliance specifications and solution requirements.
• Identify, prospect and secure new high‑value residential project opportunities through market mapping and customized proposals.
• Lead senior‑level presentations, negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Build and manage a pipeline of medium to large‑scale residential projects, providing accurate forecasts and maintaining CRM records.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to position the company as a preferred partner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Sales & Marketing, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of B2B sales or project sales experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Proven track record of winning and managing large residential projects.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Gujarati and ability to communicate effectively with Hindu‑speaking clients.
