About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on Restaurant Supervisor for a growing organic food restaurant located in Nairobi’s Central Business District. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring fast and friendly service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise opening and closing procedures and overall daily operations.
- Lead, schedule, and train restaurant staff.
- Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Manage stock, cash handling, and prepare daily reports.
Required profile
- Diploma or certificate in Food & Beverage or Hospitality.
- At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in fast‑food or quick‑service environments.
- Strong leadership abilities under pressure.
- Valid food handler’s certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Required skills
- POS system experience.
