About the role
The Baker will work in Quickmart's in‑store bakery, preparing fresh baked goods for customers in a busy supermarket environment. This is an entry‑level, full‑time position based on‑site in Nairobi.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products for the in‑store bakery.
- Provide courteous customer service and communicate effectively with shoppers while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Required profile
- Kenyan citizen, 18 years or older, with a valid National ID.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Disciplined, team‑oriented and able to work in a retail supermarket setting.
- Proficient in basic customer service and communication skills.
