Sales Agent – Loan & Financial Products

About the role

We are looking for energetic Sales Agents to promote Platinum Credit Ltd’s loan and financial products to prospective customers across Nairobi. You will work independently in the field, building relationships and guiding clients through the loan application journey while meeting monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to market loan and financial solutions.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to achieve set sales quotas.
• Assist customers through each step of the loan application process, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM records regularly.
• Represent the company professionally during field visits and community networking events.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Good customer relationship and networking skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site, primarily on Ngong Road, Nairobi.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with mobile communication tools for lead management.
