Sales Agent – Promote Ambam Hub Solutions

About the role

Ambam Hub is looking for motivated Sales Agents to promote its agricultural solutions across East Africa. You will work directly with potential customers, building relationships and converting leads into paying clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, referrals and personal networks.
• Present Ambam Hub solutions and explain their benefits to prospects.
• Follow up on leads, support the conversion process and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions and sales progress.
• Provide weekly updates on activities, challenges and customer feedback.
• Represent Ambam Hub professionally in all customer engagements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Agribusiness, Agriculture or a related field.
• Strong communication, persuasion and customer service abilities.
• Self‑driven, honest, disciplined and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Basic digital literacy and a personal laptop.
