About the role

Uliza Group is looking for a creative and commercially‑minded Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth for Uliza Agency and Uliza Links Media. The role focuses on acquiring new agency and media clients and promoting digital marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new agency and media clients
  • Create leads independently through networking and outreach
  • Pitch digital marketing and media solutions to businesses
  • Build partnerships and business networks
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into paying clients
  • Prepare proposals and quotations
  • Work closely with the media and creative teams
  • Meet monthly sales targets and reporting requirements
  • Update CRM systems and maintain proper lead tracking

Required profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Media, Communication or Business
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media
  • Experience working with KPIs and performance targets
  • Experience with a Sales CRM, especially Zoho CRM
  • Ability to generate leads independently
  • Ability to prepare professional proposals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in agency or media sales is an added advantage
  • Strong networking and relationship‑building ability

What we offer

  • Salary of KES 21,500 net per month
  • One‑week pre‑assessment period
  • Three‑month probation period
  • Performance‑based bonus on top of salary
