About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Development Manager to lead, mentor and expand a high‑performing B2B sales team. The role is fully remote and focuses on building pipelines, closing deals and driving revenue growth using modern sales tools.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train and coach junior sales professionals to boost overall effectiveness.
- Set individual and team targets, provide regular performance feedback and ensure quota attainment.
- Design and execute B2B sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Continuously refine the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and manage sales technologies such as Sales Navigator, Dripify and Apollo.
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demos and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Track and report key metrics including revenue growth, conversion rates and client retention.
Required profile
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
- Exceptional closing ability and strong rapport‑building skills.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
