About the role

We are seeking a warm, confident, and organized Sales Executive to drive revenue for a purpose‑driven fashion brand. In addition to selling, you will manage basic social‑media engagement on Instagram and WhatsApp, ensuring every potential customer feels seen and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Actively engage walk‑in, online, and referred customers to generate sales.
• Follow up on enquiries and leads promptly and professionally.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Respond to customer DMs and comments on Instagram and WhatsApp, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Deliver personalized customer experiences, handling returns, exchanges, and after‑sales queries.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve the offering.
