Sales Executive / Marketer (Furniture Industry)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive / Marketer to drive revenue for our furniture business. You will promote our products, acquire new customers, and nurture existing relationships while meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking and digital platforms.
• Promote and market the company’s furniture range to potential clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Conduct market research to spot trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates.
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of digital marketing platforms (advantageous).
• Self‑motivated, aggressive and target‑oriented.

• Competitive base salary of KES 15,000 – 30,000 per month.
• Performance‑based commission.
