About the role

Master Power Group, a leading real‑estate development firm, is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Lead to drive the sales of its fully completed apartment portfolio. The role demands a seasoned professional with an established high‑net‑worth buyer network, especially within the diaspora community.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets for completed apartment inventory.
• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract international and diaspora buyers.
• Leverage an existing network of high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate investors to generate leads.
• Manage the full sales funnel from inquiry through virtual/physical viewings to closing and handover.
• Oversee brand positioning, digital campaigns, and exclusive open‑house events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and buyer behavior to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of proven real‑estate sales experience with top‑tier property developers or brokerages.
• Documented track record of closing high‑value residential sales, specifically completed apartments.
• Active, verified database of property buyers, investment clubs, and global diaspora networks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field (preferred).
