Sales Representative – Beauty Products (Nairobi)

About the role

We are looking for energetic Sales Representatives to promote and sell beauty and cosmetics products across Nairobi’s Westlands area. You will work directly with retail shops, salons and wholesalers, building a strong customer base while meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail shops, beauty stores, salons and wholesalers.
• Promote, demonstrate and sell cosmetic products to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
• Conduct market visits, generate leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide product information, recommendations and education on usage and new arrivals.
• Support marketing activities such as promotions, activations and product launches.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends, and report feedback to management.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track performance against targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, beauty or FMCG.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good attention to detail, time‑management and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
