Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our fast‑scaling startup. You will be responsible for driving revenue by selling our software solutions to landlords and property managers, leveraging your knowledge of the Kenyan rental market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients in the real‑estate sector.
• Present and demonstrate SaaS platforms that streamline rental management.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to refine offerings based on client feedback.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or software solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
