Sector Head – TMT & Industrials

About the role

The Sector Head for Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) and Industrials will lead the bank’s strategy for public‑sector and infrastructure clients, driving business development, credit risk management and profitability across a portfolio of corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with new and existing customers, coordinating product specialists to deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute business development strategies, monitor complaints, and communicate service standards and pricing to clients.
• Manage credit risk for the portfolio, assess and recommend credit facilities, and ensure compliance with AML and KYC policies.
• Achieve financial targets, including revenue, volume, customer acquisition and cross‑sell objectives.
• Support team development through feedback, skill building and implementation of the AML program.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate banking experience, preferably with public‑sector or infrastructure clients.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, credit assessment criteria and macro‑economic environment.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth and mitigate operational risk.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on delivering value to both the bank and customers.
