Senior AI Platform Integration Architect – Salesforce Agentforce

About the role

We are looking for a senior architect to lead the design and implementation of AI‑driven integration solutions that connect our proprietary AI co‑workers and data platforms with the Salesforce Agentforce ecosystem. The role is fully remote, aligned with Central Time, and part of a high‑impact innovation squad delivering enterprise‑scale automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end integration blueprints linking internal AI services to Salesforce Agentforce.
• Evaluate and select optimal integration patterns to balance latency, throughput and cost.
• Build decentralized micro‑agent structures and enforce governance guardrails.
• Package backend processes as Invocable Apex methods and Salesforce Flows for AI agents.
• Orchestrate real‑time data synchronization across distributed cloud systems.
• Produce Architectural Decision Records mapping requirements to technical solutions.
• Define authentication boundaries and data‑governance filters to protect corporate assets.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise system architecture and integration engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in AI/LLM orchestration, including prompt engineering and context‑window optimization.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and external integration mechanisms.
• Strong background with modern API ecosystems such as REST, gRPC and event‑driven streaming.
