Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

Landela is an early‑stage technology company building digital products and services. We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer who will take ownership of product development, architecture, infrastructure, integrations, and production operations. This is a hands‑on individual‑contributor role where you will write production code, make technical decisions, and help improve the engineering practice.

Key responsibilities

• Own product areas or technical initiatives from definition through design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Design and build production software across frontend, backend, APIs, data models, integrations, and supporting services.
• Document and decide on system boundaries, APIs, data flows, reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, environments, observability, and other operational systems.
• Investigate production incidents, identify root causes, and implement fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Build and maintain integrations with external APIs, identity providers, payment providers, and partners with proper validation and monitoring.
• Raise engineering quality through code reviews, testing, documentation, and security best practices.
• Mentor other engineers, break down ambiguous problems, and help with technical hiring.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including building, deploying, and operating production web applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to own complex problems beyond individual tickets and provide direction when requirements are undefined.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
• Experience designing and integrating APIs and third‑party services.
