Senior Product Manager – Mobility

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Mobility team to help pioneer the transition to electric transportation in Kenya and beyond. This role offers the opportunity to drive significant customer and business impact through product implementation and iteration on key customer experiences, engineering systems, internal tooling, and business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the software and data product and strategic direction of critical engineering systems, business processes, and business intelligence for the electric vehicle financing unit.
• Work with engineers to continuously improve product capabilities that deliver customer and business value.
• Partner with analytics engineers to address internal reporting and data‑visualisation needs within the eMobility domain.
• Gather feedback from customers and care teams to identify pain points and enhance the customer experience.
• Analyze data to understand business performance and uncover opportunities for new products and improvements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including the ability to conduct complex data analysis.
• Proven ability to solve technical or analytical problems.
• Experience working with distributed, cross‑functional teams across multiple countries.
• Background in backend or API‑first product development.
• Experience with B2C products, IoT device control, and SaaS‑CRM integrations.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and data‑driven decision making.
