Senior Resort Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Resort Supervisor will lead daily operations across all resort departments, ensuring seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction. This full‑time position reports to senior management and plays a key role in maintaining the resort’s standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of resort departments, ensuring compliance with policies, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
• Plan, coordinate and execute conferences, weddings, corporate events and other functions, liaising with clients and internal teams.
• Lead, mentor and schedule departmental staff, conduct performance monitoring, coaching and training.
• Support business development initiatives to increase occupancy, event bookings and revenue.
• Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, housekeeping supplies and equipment, and manage procurement requests.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and assist in strategic improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 36 months (3 years) relevant experience in resort or hotel operations.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and quality standards in the hospitality sector.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage schedules and drive performance.
