Senior Sales Associate – In‑store & Online (Baby Retail)

About the role

The Senior Sales Associate will lead both in‑store and online sales for a growing baby‑products retailer. You will engage directly with customers, showcase product knowledge, and drive revenue across multiple digital channels while ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales targets for the physical store and e‑commerce platforms.
• Assist walk‑in customers with product selection, recommendations and after‑sales support.
• Conduct live video sessions on social media to promote products and convert viewers into buyers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Process orders accurately, coordinate deliveries and keep customers informed of order status.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and ensure attractive in‑store merchandising.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proven retail sales experience, preferably with baby or FMCG products.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Organizational and multitasking capabilities.
