Senior Support Specialist

About the role

SOCRadar is seeking a Senior Support Specialist to assist enterprise customers with its cyber security threat intelligence platform. You will act as the primary technical liaison, ensuring customers receive accurate threat intelligence, timely support, and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate cyber threat intelligence findings generated by the platform.
• Stay current on evolving threat landscapes and conduct independent research on attack surface management.
• Handle technical requests from corporate customers, lead meetings, and communicate findings.
• Coordinate customer requests with internal teams and track progress.
• Analyze and verify findings from multiple sources for accuracy.
• Prepare technical content, reports, and blog posts on requested topics.
• Write scripts to automate routine tasks and support verification of critical vulnerabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• University degree in engineering (Computer, Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics, etc.).
• U.S. citizenship.
• Strong analytical abilities, self‑discipline, and capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required skills

• OSINT methodology.
• TCP/IP, web and network security concepts.
• Penetration testing and vulnerability assessment experience.
• Linux operating system proficiency.
• Virtualization technologies.
• Basic malware analysis knowledge.
• Scripting for automation (e.g., Python, Bash).
