Project Manager

About the role

Simple Life is seeking a Project Manager with a strong operational mindset to support leadership in driving cross‑functional initiatives, streamlining reporting, and scaling AI‑driven automation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the cadence of internal reporting, including bi‑weekly PM reports, leadership updates, CEO briefings, All Hands, and Board materials.
• Support the implementation and scaling of AI‑powered automations to streamline reporting and other recurring operational processes.
• Drive cross‑functional processes such as rollout logs, retrospectives, onboarding of new team members, and identification of workflow bottlenecks.
• Monitor KPIs and resource allocation, preparing regular reports that highlight blockers or under‑utilized resources and propose concrete solutions.
• Assist leadership with ad‑hoc initiatives, vendor coordination, contract reviews, candidate pre‑screening, and other tasks requiring ownership and discretion.
• Partner with product managers, team leads, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or similar roles, preferably in tech or product environments.
• Proven experience owning recurring reporting cycles and preparing materials for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools and automation, including LLM‑based workflows.
• Proficiency with no‑code and low‑code platforms for building automated solutions.
