About the role

As a Shift Area Manager Jr. in Amazon Logistics you will lead a diverse team on the front line of our last‑mile delivery network. This hands‑on role offers exposure to complex global operations while driving safety, productivity and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across the shift.
• Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions to maintain high quality and productivity.
• Support and lead a team, handling administrative tasks and fostering a strong team culture.
• Identify process improvements and suggest changes to optimise work and enhance customer service.
• Promote best practices in health, safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes and drive consistency.

Required profile

• Dynamic, organised self‑starter with strong people‑focused leadership style.
• Ability to manage routine team tasks, escalations and operational contingency planning.
• Willingness to work shifts on‑site at an Amazon operational facility.
