Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to own our online presence across multiple platforms. You will create compelling visual content, generate leads, and run paid campaigns that drive measurable results for our premium retail and fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and keep active Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile, and YouTube pages.
• Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content that reflects a high‑touch, detail‑driven brand.
• Generate fresh content ideas, trends, and campaign concepts tailored to a niche audience.
• Convert social traffic into booked consultations and WhatsApp inquiries, tracking each lead.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and Google with a focus on cost‑per‑lead and ROI.
• Engage with the community by responding promptly to comments, DMs, and WhatsApp messages.
• Provide regular performance reports highlighting successes, challenges, and improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (minimum 12 months) in social media and digital marketing.
• Proven ability to create high‑quality photo and video content.
• Strong analytical mindset for lead tracking and campaign optimisation.
• Excellent written communication and a customer‑focused attitude.
