Solutions Engineer (Network Security)

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer specializing in Network Security to act as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers of our client’s platform. You will help customers deploy, configure, and derive value from advanced network security solutions across hybrid cloud and on‑premise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and guide best‑practice usage, collaborating with Sales on retention and upsell opportunities.
• Lead onboarding and technical deployment, ensuring optimal configuration and measuring adoption through KPIs.
• Resolve early technical issues, proactively address usage risks, and track satisfaction via structured metrics.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to shared adoption goals.

Required profile

• Relevant degree (Computer Science, Information Security, Business) or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 3+ years in a customer‑facing pre‑sales, customer success or account management role within cybersecurity or network security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, highly technical, client‑facing environments.

Required skills

• Network security and firewall management.
• Configuring and administering Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Juniper, and Fortinet firewalls.
• Cloud security concepts and security policy management.
• Networking certifications such as Cisco CCNA or CCNP (nice to have).
