Sourcing Team Lead – Onsite

About the role

We are seeking a Sourcing Team Lead to manage the daily operations of our sourcing team. The role is onsite, Monday‑Friday, and focuses on high‑quality lead generation, pipeline health, and supporting Talent Acquisition partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing team to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets while ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Set and monitor individual goals for sourcers and align strategies with high‑volume, high‑priority roles.
• Analyze sourcing metrics such as conversion rates, volume, time‑to‑submission and pipeline health, and report insights.
• Provide coaching on Boolean search, talent mapping, candidate engagement and best practices in ATS/CRM usage.
• Act as the primary escalation point, coordinating solutions with Talent Acquisition partners.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and sourcing standards.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, or 1–2 years leading a sourcing team.
• Experience with U.S. recruitment is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• High sense of ownership and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Talent mapping and high‑volume sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and CRM systems, and job boards.
