South-Gulf Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Stego is seeking a South‑Gulf Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and market activities across the South‑Gulf region, primarily from a home office in the Greater Houston area. This full‑time, exempt role reports to the Central Regional Vice President and focuses on building distributor relationships, driving revenue, and supporting a collaborative, growth‑oriented culture.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Central Regional Vice President to develop and execute strategic plans for regional goals.
• Ensure cross‑functional collaboration and optimal use of company resources.
• Manage distribution and contractor relationships within the South‑Gulf region.
• Oversee sales and market management processes, operations, and performance metrics.
• Drive achievement of regional sales targets in alignment with the Commercial – Central Subdivision.

Required profile

• Full‑time, exempt position based in the South‑Gulf region (preferably Greater Houston).
• Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST work schedule.
• Proven experience building distributor relationships and delivering top‑tier customer service.

• Annual base salary $80,000 – $120,000 (USD) plus commission/bonus (up to 24‑29% target).
