Specialist – Online Learning (Remote)

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Specialist in Online Learning to design and deliver high‑quality digital learning experiences for its global teams. Working remotely, you will create engaging e‑learning and blended solutions that support personal effectiveness, compliance, and core skill development while reflecting the organisation’s mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop online learning modules using Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.
• Apply best practices in instructional design, user experience, accessibility, and digital learning.
• Collaborate with People Partners, country offices, and global stakeholders to identify learning needs.
• Embed cultural competence and diverse perspectives into digital and blended learning solutions.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve learning offerings.
• Support broader learning initiatives and provide expert guidance on learning design.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic, French or Spanish.
• Right to work in the country where the role is based.
• Experience designing and delivering online learning solutions for global audiences.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning.
