Student Admissions & Recruitment Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Student Admissions & Recruitment Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team in Westlands, Nairobi. You will be responsible for attracting, guiding and enrolling prospective students into our vocational and technical programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit prospective students for vocational and technical training programmes.
• Provide career guidance and recommend suitable courses.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the admissions journey.
• Assist applicants through the registration and enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate student records using Zoho CRM.
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to revenue goals.
• Deliver high-quality customer service at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Education or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and customer-focused.
• Previous experience in sales, admissions, customer service or student recruitment is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with Zoho CRM (or similar CRM platforms).
