Systems Manager

About the role

Majid Trading is looking for a hands‑on Systems Manager to oversee its digital infrastructure, including WordPress sites, WooCommerce stores, Zoho applications, and POS integrations. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to keep systems reliable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain WordPress/WooCommerce websites for uptime, speed, and functionality.
• Provide technical support for internal users across Zoho, POS, and website platforms.
• Maintain and customize Zoho CRM, Inventory, Books, and Creator, adjusting workflows and automation.
• Ensure integrations (POS‑Inventory, CRM‑Email Marketing) are functional and data syncs correctly.
• Collaborate with teams to identify operational pain points and implement improvements.
• Perform regular backups, plugin/module updates, and monitor server/cPanel performance.
• Manage domain, SSL, email deliverability, and hosting configurations.
• Develop and maintain internal technical documentation and user guides.
• Support minor web development tasks such as page layout, form customization, and product feeds.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in software/web development, CMS, POS, and e‑commerce systems.
• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

• PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• WordPress, WooCommerce, plugin development
• RESTful API creation and consumption, webhooks, payment gateway integration
• POS or ERP system integration and inventory/order sync processes
• Git/GitHub, Linux servers, cPanel/Plesk, cloud hosting platforms
