IAM Enterprise Architect (AI)

About the role

Standard Chartered’s Information & Cyber Security (ICS) team is looking for an IAM Enterprise Architect (AI) to shape the identity strategy for an AI‑driven ecosystem. The role sits within the Threats, Architecture and Controls function of the Identity & Access Management organisation and will work closely with global business and technology partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision, architectural patterns and control frameworks for managing identities in an AI‑centric environment.
• Secure the “Human‑to‑AI” interface and manage the identities of autonomous AI agents.
• Ensure AI model training and inference processes comply with Zero Trust principles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed identity solutions into agile delivery cycles.
• Drive continuous improvement of IAM processes and contribute to the overall cybersecurity posture.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IAM Enterprise Architect or similar senior role.
• Demonstrated expertise in securing AI identities and AI‑driven services.
• Strategic thinker with a delivery‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a global, multi‑disciplinary environment.
