Systems & Platform Administrator

About the role

The Systems & Platform Administrator will act as the primary liaison for LSS Systems during the development and rollout of its Digital Logistics Platform. This role ensures the platform operates reliably, supports business processes, and adapts to future enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company throughout the development and implementation of the Digital Logistics Platform.
• Work closely with software developers to ensure the platform meets agreed business and technical requirements.
• Participate in solution reviews, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot deployment and go‑live activities.
• Administer and maintain the platform, including users, permissions, configurations, integrations and system performance.
• Coordinate software updates, bug resolution and future enhancements with development partners.
• Provide technical support and user training to internal teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of the platform’s architecture, technology stack and codebase to support its long‑term evolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in system or platform administration.
