Talent Acquisition Associate – Immediate Hiring

About the role

Solvo Global is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to join the team on-site. The role starts immediately on June 10 and focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain clear communication.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep candidate records up to date.
• Support recruitment events and handle administrative tasks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate closely with HR teams and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably full‑cycle.
• Exposure to high‑volume hiring environments.
• Backgrounds in HR assistance or generalist roles are accepted.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – preferred.
