About the role

We are looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join Flowmingo’s Partner Program. In this flexible, commission‑only position you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR and recruiting professionals in your network and earn rewards for successful referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with HR, recruiters and decision‑makers in your professional network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into hiring workflows and supports fair, efficient hiring.
• Gather feedback from new users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each qualified client referral and receive a bonus when onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent‑acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add value.
• Comfortable working independently with no fixed hours or quotas.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
• Ability to communicate the benefits of an AI‑driven interview platform.
