Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Bilingual)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our recruitment team on‑site in Kenya. This position offers a fast‑paced environment where you will support hiring across multiple business areas and develop your sourcing expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and keep the process moving.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Represent the company at job fairs and talent acquisition events.
• Provide administrative support throughout the selection process.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, full‑cycle hiring, high‑volume hiring, or HR generalist roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) with a neutral accent.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time‑management abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Applicants currently working in Operations or Customer Service will not be considered.
