Talent Management Specialist

About the role

CloudFactory is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to support its people operations and employee relations functions. You will work closely with the Global Talent and Finance teams to ensure consistent application of HR policies, manage case workflows, and assist with day‑to‑day HR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, investigations, performance improvement plans, and behavioral issues.
• Provide first‑line guidance to managers on HR processes, performance management, policy interpretation, and employee concerns.
• Coordinate onboarding, performance cycles, and off‑boarding procedures.
• Assist with benefits administration and maintain accurate documentation for HR cases.
• Support compliance with Kenyan labor regulations, internal policies, audits, and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to culture and engagement initiatives such as employee recognition programs and local team events.

Required profile

• Experience handling employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and performance improvement plans.
• Working knowledge of Kenyan labor law and employment regulations.
• Ability to maintain fair, consistent, and confidential case management.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with global talent and finance partners.
