Team Leader - Parts Retail Sales

About the role

TMD Kenya, a leading Isuzu dealer in Kenya, is looking for a Team Leader to head its Parts Retail Sales operation in Nairobi. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving parts sales, managing customer relationships and ensuring high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the retail parts sales team.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for spare parts.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Handle client inquiries and provide expert product advice.
• Develop and implement sales promotion initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in automotive after‑sales with a verifiable sales performance record.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role managing field sales personnel.
