Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join Nairobi Central Hardware Ltd., a leading supplier of tools and accessories across Kenya and East Africa. You will engage with existing and prospective customers over the phone, promote our product range, and close sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing and prospective customers daily to generate sales opportunities.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders and reactivate dormant accounts.
• Maintain long‑term relationships, provide product recommendations, and communicate promotions.
• Prepare accurate quotations, follow up on pending quotes, and convert them into orders.
• Process orders in the ERP system, verifying codes, quantities, pricing and discounts.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and increase average order value.

Required profile

• Motivated and enthusiastic with strong verbal communication skills.
• Passion for sales and ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Mid‑level experience (approximately 5 years) in telesales or inside sales.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using an ERP system for order processing.
