Trade Marketing Senior Officer

About the role

M‑Gas is looking for a Trade Marketing Senior Officer to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility for its clean cooking gas solutions across Nairobi. You will translate national marketing plans into depot‑level actions and work closely with field sales teams and agent networks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with growth and acquisition targets.
• Design and execute depot and field activations that generate qualified leads and support installations.
• Create marketing tools, product education materials, and sales collateral for agents and sales representatives.
• Ensure consistent point‑of‑sale branding and visibility across depots and partner locations.
• Lead awareness campaigns on LPG adoption, safe usage, and the PAY‑GO model.
• Track campaign performance, measure ROI, and report on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales productivity uplift.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, field marketing, or sales activation.
• Proven track record designing and executing above‑ and below‑the‑line campaigns.
• Experience collaborating with field sales teams and agent networks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
