Tuktuk Sales Representative - South Coast

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to promote and sell TukTuk vehicles across Kenya’s South Coast. Reporting to the sales manager, you will generate new business, build relationships with customers and help achieve the company’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through referrals, field visits, networking and digital platforms.
• Engage customers to understand their transport needs and recommend suitable TukTuk models.
• Conduct follow‑ups, negotiate terms and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, roadshows and promotional events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide feedback to improve offerings.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Education background in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused with relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, confident and target‑driven.
• Valid driving/riding licence is an advantage.
