Waitress / Hostess – Full-time Hospitality Role

About the role

We are seeking a presentable and confident Waitress/Hostess to join the team at Bonds Garden Restaurant in Westlands, Nairobi. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Keep the dining and reception areas clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Assist with daily restaurant operations and support team members as needed.
• Maintain a well‑groomed appearance in line with the restaurant’s dress code.

Required profile

• Female, aged 20‑35 years.
• Presentable, confident, and well‑groomed.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism.
• Fluent in English and Swahili.

Required skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food‑service procedures.
