About the role
Kisi is looking for an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with its SMB and Mid‑Market customers. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring clients get maximum value from Kisi’s cloud‑based access control platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SMB and Mid‑Market accounts across verticals such as fitness, coworking, commercial real estate, and education.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, strategic business reviews, and operational support.
- Drive customer retention, successful renewals, and identify expansion opportunities across hardware, software, integrations, intercom, visitor management, cameras and other solutions.
- Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, Billing and Partnerships teams.
- Contribute to expansion MRR by upselling and cross‑selling additional Kisi solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management or customer success within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building abilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑growing company.
