Territory Manager – Philadelphia

About the role

Cynosure is seeking a Territory Manager to generate prospecting leads for its medical‑aesthetics product portfolio within the Philadelphia market. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, supporting sales professionals, and driving revenue growth for the company’s innovative technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads within the assigned territory.
• Assist sales professionals in achieving territory sales objectives and targets.
• Maintain regular communication with the manager, reporting market developments, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Represent Cynosure at workshops, trade shows, and industry events that showcase product lines.
• Uphold the company’s “Exceptional Everyday” service standard.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales or territory management experience.
