French & Arabic Speaking Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

About the role
We are looking for dynamic Sales Executives fluent in French or Arabic to drive new business for our international freight forwarding services. You will own a regional market, build strong client relationships, and turn inquiries into confirmed shipments.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new freight forwarding and logistics business in assigned territories.
- Follow up on international sales leads and daily inquiries.
- Develop relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, and traders.
- Promote ocean freight, air freight, RoRo, vehicle shipping, and project cargo services.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and manage customer accounts.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales activity reports.
- Assist with market development in French‑speaking or Arabic‑speaking regions.
Required profile
- Fluent in French & English or Arabic & English.
- Background in sales, customer service, freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow‑up abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working independently.
- Reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
Required skills
- CRM proficiency.
- Excel proficiency.
