About the role

The International Transformation Foundation is seeking a motivated Administration and HR Assistant to support daily office operations and volunteer coordination. This full‑time volunteer role offers practical experience in nonprofit administration, human resources, and youth development.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating office administrative activities.
  • Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
  • Maintain and update volunteer and organizational records.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and organizational activities.
  • Manage internal communication and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, letters, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.
  • Support implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assist in coordinating staff and volunteer welfare activities.
  • Provide logistical support during trainings, meetings, and field activities.
  • Perform any other administrative and HR‑related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

  • Age between 18 and 30 years.
  • Commitment to a minimum period of six (6) months.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a multicultural team.
  • Passionate about youth empowerment and community development.
