About the role
The International Transformation Foundation is seeking a motivated Administration and HR Assistant to support daily office operations and volunteer coordination. This full‑time volunteer role offers practical experience in nonprofit administration, human resources, and youth development.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating office administrative activities.
- Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Maintain and update volunteer and organizational records.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and organizational activities.
- Manage internal communication and documentation.
- Prepare reports, letters, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.
- Support implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
- Assist in coordinating staff and volunteer welfare activities.
- Provide logistical support during trainings, meetings, and field activities.
- Perform any other administrative and HR‑related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Age between 18 and 30 years.
- Commitment to a minimum period of six (6) months.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a multicultural team.
- Passionate about youth empowerment and community development.
