About the role
We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Virtual Assistant to join our international team. The role is fully remote and supports daily operations, translation tasks, and communication with Spanish‑speaking professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls using company‑provided scripts.
- Translate emails, documents, and internal communications between English and Spanish.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks such as scheduling and record‑keeping.
- Maintain organized records and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Represent the company professionally in both languages.
Required profile
- Strong written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organized and reliable.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable learning new tools and processes.
