Business Development Manager – Government & Healthcare

About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth within government, healthcare and lodging sectors. The role combines direct sales, account management and technical support to maintain existing customers and acquire new business.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts while acquiring new customers.
- Provide technical troubleshooting, corrective actions and product application guidance.
- Conduct service calls, maintain dosing and dosing‑control equipment, and deliver detailed service reports.
- Develop market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and report on market share.
- Implement white‑spot prospecting for new SKUs, innovations and sustainability solutions.
- Prepare quarterly sales funnels, stock level reports and monthly performance summaries.
- Deliver technical training on dosing equipment to customer staff.
- Ensure chemicals are dispensed according to MSDS and PIS standards.
- Maintain records of equipment, planned maintenance schedules and respond to breakdowns within SLA.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B account management and sales development.
- Strong market intelligence and competitor analysis capabilities.
- Ability to understand and address customer technical needs in cleaning and hygiene solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training delivery.
