About the role

As an Account Executive / Go-to-Market you will own the full sales cycle for new customers of SIMBA Voice Agents, from the first outreach to closing the deal. You will also get hands‑on during technical evaluations, demos, and early deployments, showing prospects how the AI voice solution fits seamlessly into their environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end sales process for mid‑market and enterprise accounts, from prospecting to close.
  • Conduct technically deep discovery calls to map customer use cases, tech stack, and integration needs.
  • Build and demo custom voice‑agent prototypes during sales cycles to accelerate buying decisions.
  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth hand‑off from sale to onboarding.
  • Develop GTM playbooks, messaging, and outbound strategies for new verticals.
  • Represent customer needs internally, influencing product roadmap and packaging.
  • Maintain a clean pipeline in CRM and provide accurate revenue forecasts.

Required profile

  • 3–6 years of experience in a sales, account executive, or GTM role at a technical B2B company.
  • Proven track record closing deals with both technical buyers (CTOs, engineers) and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working hands‑on with APIs and no‑code/low‑code tools to build demos.
  • Strong understanding of the AI/ML or voice‑technology landscape.
  • Exceptional communicator able to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Highly self‑directed with strong pipeline discipline and a bias toward action.
