About the role
We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to build and maintain strong client relationships while driving business growth. The role focuses on managing accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage client accounts and provide ongoing support.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to sales strategies.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Monitor account performance and client satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates.
Required profile
- Experience in account management, sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Results‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Required skills
